When doing the individual body area work outs, I want you to think about the muscles you are using and focus on maxing them out at the end of each set.

Rest when needed, so you can push just a few more out.

When you finish your workout, your muscles should be fatigued – you are spent.

Once I know who has taken up the Challenge, I will send personal information to each of you – i.e. personalised diet plans and motivation ideas.

Also you have to do the cardio days for a few reasons:

1. Clear the head (personal time down)
2. Fat burning (to define the muscle)
3. Stress relief

If you can’t get out to do a run/walk or ride, just do 15-20 min skipping or throw in a quick 15min HIIT session.

I hope you enjoy this part of the Challenge.

I suggest you take a photo of yourself at the start and end of the Challenge so you can see the changes (front, side and back photos).
